Over the past 15 years, Julian Weissglass has led over 30 workshops on Healing from War with people from many different countries.

As a Professor of Education at UCSB, Julian taught classes on racism, multicultural education, educational equity, and the Holocaust. He developed a process that he called constructivist listening to enable people to listen better to one another in order to examine their beliefs and change practices in regard to racism, classism, and sexism, etc.

Although his work on healing from war has been influenced by Re-evaluation Counseling, the perspectives expressed in this blog are his own.
